Part of our goal in growing the lavender was to eventually make lavender essential oils. Little did I know I would become obsessed with making essential oils and hydrosols! In a very short time I have distilled lavender, cinnamon basil, lemon balm, calendula and strawflower. If it can be distilled, I plan on trying it!
