We have answers, well a few....
Are you organic?
No, we are not certified organic. However, we do not use chemicals on any of our plants. The only thing that we apply is fish fertilizer to the flower field.
Do you have events such as "U-Pick" flowers or Lavender?
We do have events throughout the season and we plan to have more in 2022!
What if I am not satisfied with WM Knight Lavender Products?
We offer a full refund on our products. Our goal is to provide high quality products that you will love.
What is your favorite way to use the lavender?
That is a tough question! I love the oil the most, no wait the hydrosol. Well I really love it in the wreaths, and the soap, and the roll-ons.....well, maybe I can't answer that question!
How should I store hydrosol?
We recommend storing the oils and hydrosols in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
Will you be adding essential oils to your product line?
Yes we will! It takes a large quantity of plant material to make a very small amount of oil. At this time we have given the oils to family and friends in appreciation of all of their help on the farm.
Do you send out free samples?
Unfortunately we do not. With the cost of containers and shipping we are not able to ship free samples. We do however have samples available on the farm.
Why charge for shipping? Other businesses ship for free.
At this time we are not able to offer free shipping on every order. We do have free shipping on orders over $75.00. We want to keep the prices of our products fair and to do so we have to charge for shipping. We will have specials on shipping, sign up to be the first to know!
Our farming adventure started in 2019, we found ourselves “empty nesters”. Our oldest daughter was telling us about a lavender farm event that she had recently attended and how amazing it was. The more we talked about it, the more interested we became. We have a few acres of ground, so why not try it, right! We purchased 600 lavender plants and a few hundred flower seeds and went to work. It was a crazy summer filled with new lavender buds, beautiful flowers, soap making, bouquet creating, not sleeping, and the list goes on. We were hooked! In 2020, we purchased more lavender plants, more flower seed, re-worked some irrigation and started working the ground. We moved our old tractor into the flowers field, added a grassy area and invited photographers to come out with clients. In addition to that, we purchased a still and started producing our own essential oils and hydrosols. We also purchased a vintage camp trailer that we converted to a mobile shop for our products. It has been an amazing adventure and we know it is only the beginning. We hope you will come along for the adventure and see what 2021 has in store for the farm.
